I had a left hip replacement done july 29 th. I have to say that from check in to discharge it was a totally professional crew. Every one was very nice,polite and attentive to my needs. The Dr stopped by prior to the operation to talk with ne and answer any questions I had. The anesthesiologist talked to me,explained what was going to happen,then said" im going to give you something to help you relax. The next thing I remember is a cheerful" good morning" from the nurse when she noticed I opened my eyes. I was done! I was told it was a 51 minute operation. Once I proved,without difficulty, that i was able to use the bathroom I was allowed to go home. Its been two weeks now and I was released from home health and physical therapy. Im not going to say im pain free,but im definitely walking better than prior to the surgery. Ive already put the walker away. I just want to thank The dr and staff for a very stress free operation. It was nothing but professional and caring from start to finish.
